Types of Powder Coating

Thermosetting coatings are electrostatically applied in powder form to the workpiece and stoved to cure.

Polyester powders have good resistance to discolouration and an outstanding durability in external environments.

Epoxy powders have high chemical resistance and are formulated for high gloss, smooth finishes. The excellent adhesion properties, hardness and chemical and solvent resistance make epoxy powders popular for coating on many projects.

Epoxy polyester powder coating provides a combination of durability and decorative finishes and are largely used in the electronics and domestic industries for internal use on appliances. Bradleys offer powder coated finishes in a wide range of standard colours and gloss levels. With our expertise we can offer specially matched colours and special effect finishes.
